This notice explains how CDSG Co., Ltd. handles information submitted through this website.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to provide, typically your name, organisation, email address, country and the content of your message. The website itself does not use analytics or advertising cookies. A single first-party cookie is stored for up to one year to remember your language choice, and a browser setting may be stored to remember your display preference. Neither identifies you.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to your enquiry, to carry out conflict checks and client due diligence where an engagement may follow, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell information or add enquirers to marketing lists.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with the CDSG personnel and licensed practitioners involved in handling your enquiry, and with service providers that host our email and website. It is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above and for legal and regulatory record-keeping. If the Cambodian public holiday dates for the current year have not yet been loaded onto the site, your browser may request them from a third-party holiday calendar service; that request carries no information about you other than your IP address.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction or ask that it be deleted where we have no continuing need for it. Write to enquire@cdsg.com.kh.
