CDSG Co., Ltd. is a Phnom Penh-based advisory firm founded by cross-border practitioners with a long record of advising on investment between Singapore, Cambodia and the wider region.
We were established to close a gap we kept encountering: international investors with strong ideas and no reliable way to execute them in Cambodia, and Cambodian businesses with capital and ambition but limited access to disciplined cross-border advice. CDSG sits in the middle, fluent in both.
Our work rests on two things. The first is a detailed, current understanding of how business, regulation and decision-making actually operate in Cambodia. The second is the working relationships to act on it.
We would rather tell a client not to proceed than watch a good idea fail for want of the right structure or the right room.
